Mr.
Artope is a founder and Managing Director of Primark Capital Partners,
Ltd. He has extensive experience in technology, finance as well as
a wide range of diverse manufacturing and service industries. In the
past thirty years, Mr. Artope has helped formulate and develop over
twenty companies, ranging from equipment finance to semiconductor
chips to software development.
Prior
to founding Primark, he was Chairman of Greenwich Investors Corporation,
a Connecticut based financial consulting firm representing firms such
as American Express, Bank of Boston and Daichi Kangyo Bank of Japan.
He has also served as Corporate Vice President of Booth Computer Corporation,
an international leasing company.

In
April 2001,
Read-Poland, a well-respected Texas agency
celebrating their 50th year in operation, was acquired by GCI, a global
public relations agency with 58 offices in 33 countries.
Bartholomew's mission is to build and lead the practice
across their offices in Austin, Dallas and Houston.
Formerly
with Alexander Ogilvie, Mr. Bartholomew oversaw all strategic communications
programs for clients, which include ManagedStorage, e-Rewards.com,
Ineto, e-Certain and Netpliance. Prior to opening the Dallas office,
Mr. Bartholomew was based in the agency's Denver office, where he
led the agency's efforts in communications strategy and planning for
Qwest Communications and other clients. He is a 20-year veteran of
the technology industry, with global experience in B2B Internet software,
B2C e-commerce, telecommunications, semiconductors, LANs/WANs, computer
workstations/servers, data storage, and enterprise software. Previously,
he was the Managing Director of the Austin, Texas office of Cunningham
Communication, where he successfully within 18 months built it into
the largest PR agency in Austin, serving Motorola, Sprint Corporation,
NetSolve, IT Masters and e2 Software. Mr. Bartholomew has also served
as Director of Marketing Communications for Analog Devices, Inc.,
where he directed a staff of 36 and was responsible for press relations,
analyst relations, advertising, direct marketing, database marketing,
fulfillment and the company's Web presence. Prior to his tenure with
Analog Devices, he was vice president and director of strategic planning
for McCann-Erickson, one of the world's largest advertising agencies.
He
is a frequent speaker on the subjects of corporate positioning, branding,
and brand development. Mr. Bartholomew earned a bachelor's degree
in industrial engineering and operations research from Syracuse University
and an MBA from the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management.

Michael Cox
Senior Vice President and Chief Economist, Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas.
Mr.
Cox advises the Federal Reserve Bank president on monetary policy
and economic issues and heads the free enterprise research group.
He authors the Bank's annual report essays on rising American living
standards and the new economy. These reports have received extensive
attention from leading publications, including the Wall Street Journal,
New York Times, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, Forbes, Fortune and
Business Week, which reach an audience of over 200 million.
Mr.
Cox is a regular contributing columnist for Investor's Business Daily
and the Internet-based think tank, IntellectualCapital.com. He battles
economic doomsayers in his book, "Myths of Rich and Poor,"
nominated for a Pulitzer Prize. His understanding of technology's
importance in the free enterprise economy of tomorrow inspired a Wired
magazine interview to name him a "Prophet of Boom."
As
president of the Association of Private Enterprise Education, Mr.
Cox actively promotes market solutions to economic problems. He collaborates
with other proponents of free enterprise through his positions as
CATO Institute adjunct scholar and National Center for Policy Analysis
senior fellow.

H. de Lorenzi
Southwest Regional Director, Concord Coalition
Ms. de Lorenzi is the Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Computer
Group, Inc. (PCG) and its subsidiary PatriotNet, Inc. For more than
8 years, PCG and PatriotNet have been providing quality, customer-focused
Internet services including Web hosting, managed servers, dial-up
access, email, and dedicated access through DSL and T1 connectivity.
PatriotNet has also gained recognition for providing telework solutions
and technology, including Virtual Private Networks for small to medium-sized
businesses. Ms. de Lorenzi is a co-founder of the North Texas Technology
Council (NTTC), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting North
Texas as a premier technology region. She serves as Chief Executive
Officer and a Director for this successful organization. In 2000,
the NTTC hosted the first Telework America Southwest Summit. Ms. de
Lorenzi served as the Southwest Regional Director of the Concord Coalition,
a nonpartisan, grassroots educational organization advocating fiscal
responsibility and reform of entitlement programs to ensure the viability
and fairness for all generations. Ms. de Lorenzi is the owner of broadcastaresume.com,
a resume fax-broadcasting company headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.
She serves on the Advisory Board for the Telework Coalition and the
E-Commute Committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. She
is an approved Consultant for the TeleworkVA program and she also
serves on the Executive Committee for the Texas Nanotechnology Initiative
and the Compass Advisory Board for modernizing Social Security. Ms.
de Lorenzi is a frequent speaker, panelist and media guest on issues
related to policy, workforce and technology issues. Ms. de Lorenzi
is a graduate of George Mason University and the proud mother of 2
children.
Terry
L. Traveland
Ms.
Traveland is a founder of the North Texas Technology Council and
currently serves as a Director and the Executive Director and General
Counsel.
Prior
to joining the NTTC full time, she practiced corporate law at Patton
Boggs LLP. She concentrated her practice on high tech and Internet
companies, representing a variety of businesses, including both
emerging and established companies. As legal counsel, she provided
advice to clients on a broad range of issues including, the
establishment of business entities, the purchase of existing domain
names, e-commerce agreements, website development and linking
agreements, as well as other pertinent information technology matters.
Ms.
Traveland is a founder and member of the North Texas Chapter of Women
in Technology International. She is also a proud lifetime member of
the Girl Scouts.
James R. Von Ehr II
President and CEO, Zyvex Corporation
Mr.
Von Ehr is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of
Zyvex LLC, the first nanotechnology development company. Before starting
Zyvex, he founded and built Altsys Corporation from a small programming
project in his dining room to a major player in the desktop publishing
industry. After he sold Altsys to Macromedia in 1995, he remained
actively involved in programming, design and management. He travels
and speaks frequently at industry trade shows and conferences. He
is still involved with two of his spin-off companies and has several
venture capital investments in other companies.
